Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains:

  • when refunds are (and are not) issued, and
  • how subscription renewals can be stopped (cancellation / turning off auto-renew).

2. All sales are final (no refunds)

NikahForever is a digital service. All purchases are final and non-refundable, including (without limitation):

  • membership/subscription plans,
  • boosts/feature add-ons (if any),
  • one-time purchases (if any).

We do not provide refunds, credits, or partial refunds for:

  • partially used or unused membership periods,
  • accidental purchases,
  • change of mind,
  • lack of matches / responses,
  • account inactivity,
  • dissatisfaction with outcomes.

Exception: if a refund is required under applicable law, we will comply. (Some jurisdictions may provide mandatory rights.)

3. Subscription cancellation (no early termination; stop future renewals)

NikahForever memberships may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions. You can stop future renewals by canceling auto-renew before the next billing date.

Important points:

  • Canceling auto-renew does not refund the current billing period already paid.
  • After you cancel auto-renew, you can continue using your membership until the end of your current paid period, unless your account is otherwise restricted for policy violations.
  • We do not "cancel and refund" active memberships mid-term. There is no early termination refund.

4. Purchases made via app stores or third parties

If you purchased through a third party (for example the Apple App Store or Google Play), that third party controls billing and (where applicable) refunds.

  • To stop renewals: cancel the subscription in your App Store / Play Store subscription settings.
  • To request a refund (if available): submit a refund request through the store's refund flow.

If you purchased directly on our website, cancellation of auto-renew (if enabled) will be available in your account settings or by contacting support.

5. Duplicate charges, billing errors, or unauthorized payments

If you believe there is:

  • a duplicate charge,
  • an incorrect charge,
  • or an unauthorized transaction,

contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge with:

  • the email/phone used on NikahForever,
  • transaction reference (if available),
  • date and amount charged,
  • and a brief explanation.

If we confirm a billing error attributable to NikahForever, we will correct it (e.g., reverse the erroneous portion or provide an appropriate adjustment). This section does not change the "no refunds" rule for valid purchases.

6. Account deletion is not subscription cancellation

Deleting the app, logging out, or deleting your NikahForever account does not automatically stop billing. You must cancel auto-renew through the platform where you subscribed (website/app store).

7. Chargebacks and disputes

Initiating a chargeback may result in:

  • temporary restriction of account features, and/or
  • requests for additional verification to prevent fraud.

We encourage you to contact support first so we can resolve billing issues quickly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
